The day arises, tensions high.

Today our flag still flies.

The day was bright, the day was great,

Until Terrorists attacked our place.

Terrorists, planes, fires, brought us to our feet.

After what the terrorists did, everything looked so bleak.

But we pulled through, we always will,

The spirit of Americans warmed up the chill.

It's over now, luckily for all,

But the memory still lives at that memory hall.

So to end this poem, I will say,

Please honor those who died on this day.

God bless to all those who where effected by 9/11.
