Art is believed to be kept on a wall,
Meant to be admired by all.
Not many people think that poetic words can count as art,
As they always have been more beautiful than pictures to start.
Words can be as charming as the Mona Lisa,
Or as meaningful as the Pyramids of Giza.
It could be as grand as the ceiling to the Sistine Chapel,
Or as purely simple as a sketch of an apple.
Words can paint a picture of a vase holding a single flower,
Or set the scene of a king rising to power.
Whatever it may be, words can express feelings that pictures cannot,
Yet barely anyone even recognizes that thought.
