Under rowan tree I sat at prayed

For the strength to keep the dark away

In sunlight glade I walked alone

Wishing the wind would finally blow me home

In forest of pine, I wasted time

Wondering what fate would bring

A diamond ring

Or a pretty thing

With love enough to call me "mine"

In muddy creek

I screamed and cried

Undercroft I sat and bled

repulsed by the noises inside mine own head

Out of darkened vale, brother I made

pale moon glow, my wife.
