I still remain in shock when Cyndi was taken away from me. I didn't even think that this would come out to be this way and for her boyfriend to walk in on me like that, just made I fall to my knees.

"Excuse me, but do you have somewhere to go," says Cyndi's boyfriend Scott. Looking at me as if I was intruding his visit with his boo thang.

I look at him with an intense look, I felt as if this was my last chance and that I couldn't let her just walk out of my life, well not like that. I needed to know if she was the one for me and that our reuniting was done for a reason.

"Cyndi!" I shouted as I went closer.

I grabbed her hand as I looked into her eyes to see what was going on with her and to tell if she still felt the same way.

"Don't tell me what just happened back there was a lie. I know I felt something powerful when we were together and don't tell me you didn't too."

Cyndi quickly grabbed her stuff as she tried to ignore what I was saying. She knew that we had a powerful connection but she tried to cover it up as if it never happened. She started to shake as she took one step. She was about to fall but I quickly grabbed her.

"Do you ever feel like you can be happier Cyndi, does he know your secret and can he see the beauty that I see every time I look into your eyes?" I say as I follow her to the basement. "What was the point of meeting me in the first place, did you need to get away or did you need a place where you could just forget about yourself and your troubles."

Cyndi walked around a bit out of stress. She tried to act like she had enough of me when really she wanted more of me. I could see it in her eyes and the way she turned her head made me realize that her love for me grew founder. Cyndi looks at the floor trying to cover it up and says...

"Look, I can't do this now. I have to go."

She walks towards me and kisses me on the lips and heads out.

"Scott! Are you ready?" she asks when she gets towards the living room.

He says, "Yeah, are you?"

And she moves right towards the door and looks at me as if it was a come get me and an ill be waiting look.

Part 2 My Love Grows In Interesting Places

It was 1:00 in the afternoon and it was the end towards my 7th period class. It was time to go home and everybody was already at their lockers.

"Yo, what's up," says Dave as he slaps me right on my shoulder.

"Hey Dave, What's up?" I said in a not so happy tone.

He looks at me in a weird yet concerned expression. With his hand in one pocket and a raspberry soda on the other. He scratched his head a little, to figure out what the problem was. He took a sip of his drink, set it down on the counter and started to rub his chin.

"Ok, tell me what's wrong?" He says, as he stops right in front of me.

I looked at him as if he was weird and didn't know what he was talking about.

"What are you talking about? I'm fine," I said in pain. "I'm just a little down that's all. You don't have to worry about me. Really."

Even though I make the most convincing excuse to say I'm fine, Dave always knows that something is wrong with me. We have known each other since 3rd grade and ever since that big fight with me and this other guy in the boy's bathroom. He always caught up with the hints.

"Come on Robert, we have known each other since elementary school. I think I know when something is bothering you and when it's not."

I tried to keep my emotions in but it is hard for me to do that when I want to show it.

"Listen, everything is fine, ok."

I just kept walking when I said that and tried to avoid the upcoming questions but you know Dave is not letting up.

"Come on man, tell me, and tell me what's been bothering you. Seriously, tell me what's up."

I took a deep breath so he can shut up already. I couldn't tell him right away.

"It's someone I met ok."

Dave drops his mouth in shock and snapped his fingers to know who it is.

"Oh, is it that girl from the party?"

I turned my head in shyness to not answer his question but he knew anyway. I set my bag down on the bus to go home until Cyndi's boyfriend Scott waiting outside. At first I thought the man next to him was his father. Until they both kissed each other on the lips that it made me change my mind real quick.
