A/N: Thank you everybody! Hope you liked Starbutterfly's chapter! :)
I was doing the Charlie Brown with Keoni when Sammy came back in and started laughing at us. "Are you laughing at us?" I asked, fake pouting.
He nodded, giggling.
"I'm going to have to get you then!" I said chasing him around the house, laughing with him. Eventually everybody joined in, and it became tag. "Got you!" I shouted triumphantly, hugging Sammy close to me and blushing as Keoni did that to me. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw Justin twirling Liam while Keely and Trevor stood there awkwardly. I decided to save my sister from her awkwardness because I'm awesome like that. "Hey guys! That was tiring. I say we make some popcorn, watch scary movies, and chillax for the rest of the day." I said, grinning.
Everybody agreed. "Just not too scary, Jo. Sammy will get nightmares." Liam said, ruffling Sammy's hair.
"Don't worry! I'll fight those evil nightmares away, okay Sammy?" I said, holding him.
"Okay." He said cutely.
"You're just so adorable!" I said squishing him.
"Jo, since you suggested it, you make the popcorn." Liam said, taking Sammy from me. I pouted, but walked into the kitchen. Holy crap it was huge!
"Um, Liam? I have no idea where the popcorn is in this crazy maze of a kitchen." I said, poking my head out of the kitchen.
"Okay, I'll help you." Liam said, walking into the kitchen. "Here they are." He said handing me popcorn kernels and a popcorn machine.
"You do it old school, huh?" I said thoughtfully.
"Yeah it's cheaper than just buying a lot of bags of popcorn." Liam said, shrugging and going back into the living room.
"Okay, plug. Where are you?" I looked around, found one, and plugged it in. It turned on and I jumped at the noise.
"Haha! Scared of a popcorn machine, Jo?" Keoni asked walking in and seeing me jump.
"No, it just startled me. I'm not used to this." I said, pouring the kernels in and getting a bowl.
"It's okay. I'll protect you." He said mockingly.
"Shut it." I laughed and punched his arm lightly.
"Oh, Jo. You wound me." He said rubbing his arm, smiling.
Soon the popcorn was done and we walked into the living room. "So which movie did you guys pick?" I asked sitting on the couch next to Keels and Keoni. On the other side of Keely was Trevor and on the other side of Trevor was Liam and on the other side of Liam was Justin and in Justin's lap, was Sammy. I set the popcorn bowl in Keely's lap since she and Trevor were in the middle.
"Night at the Museum." Liam replied, leaning over Trevor to reach the popcorn. "You know you could have made more." He said.
"Shut it." I said, scrunching my face up.
"Just saying." Liam said shrugging.
"Sammy! Do you want to sit on Auntie Jo's lap instead of mean old Brother-In-Law Justin's lap?" I asked, smiling.
"Yeah!" Sammy said, squirming out of Justin's lap and onto mine.
"Nice, Jo." Justin said rolling his eyes. I stuck my tongue out at him.
"Brother-In-Law?" Liam squeaked.
"Play! Play! Play!" Sammy shouted, jumping up and down.
"Okay, calm down little man." I said, starting the movie.
About halfway through the movie, Keely, Trevor, Keoni, Liam, and Justin fell asleep. "Auntie Jo?" Sammy whispered.
"Yeah, Sammy?" I replied.
"I have to pee. Can you let go of me?" He asked and I realized I was practically squishing him.
"Sorry, Sammy!" I said, letting him go. He ran off into the hallway and that's when I got an idea. A horribly wonderful idea. I snuck away snickering quietly to myself.
I woke up feeling groggy and looked around. The lights and TV were off. Liam, Justin, Keoni, and Trevor were asleep and Jo and Sammy were nowhere to be found. "Jo?" I whispered looking around. She wasn't there and the house was dark and creepy. The only sounds I could hear was Keoni snoring and the snowstorm outside. "Guys!" I whispered, waking them up.
"What?" Trevor asked angrily, rubbing his eyes.
"Shh! Jo and Sammy are missing! This place is so creepy!" I whispered.
"Sammy's missing?! Did you look around the house?" Liam asked, sitting straight up.
"Of course not! You really expect me to wander around a spooky house with the lights off?" I asked crossing my arms.
"You could just turn on the light." Justin said, flicking the switch nest to him. It didn't work.
"What?! I just paid the electric bill!" Liam said flicking it on and off repeatedly.
"Guys! Focus! Jo and Sammy could have been kidnapped or murdered!" I said, biting my nails. A nervous habit that I thought I got rid of.
"Then we would be dead or gone too." Trevor said.
"Oh, right." I said letting my hand fall from my mouth. "What if something supernatural happened?" I asked excitedly. "It would be so cool! We should find Jo so she can be excited with me." I said.
"You're weird." Keoni said poking me in the forehead.
"I know." I said, linking arms with Liam. "Come on Liam! Let us go and find Jo and Sammy!" I said skipping with him down the hall. The other guys followed behind us and we opened a door. Empty.
"This is my room." Liam said shutting the door and going to another one. "This is just a spare." He said opening another one. Just before he shut it, I saw something move.
"Wait. I think there's something in there." I said pushing the door open slowly. We all walked in carefully and looked around.
"BOO!" Jo and Sammy popped out of the closet, scaring the piss out of us. Once they saw our terrified faces, they cracked up laughing.
"Not funny, Jo!" I said, pouting.
"Yes it was!" She could barely breath now. She got up and leaned on my shoulder. "We got you guys so good!"
"Jo! Don't teach Sammy things like that." Liam said picking Sammy up.
"Oh come on spoilsport." Jo said punching him lightly.
"I guess it was funny to see Justin's face as he screamed." Liam said giggling.
"I did not scream, Liam. It was a manly shout." Justin said crossing his arms.
"Yeah a VERY manly shout." Keoni teased.
"Shut it!" Justin glared.
Okay let's go. Jo fix the lights." Liam said.
"What do you mean 'fix'?" Jo asked, frowning.
"You turned off the electricity didn't you?" Liam asked.
"No." Jo frowned deeper as she tried to turn on the lights in the room.
"Okay, guys. This is weird." I said backing up towards the door. I froze as I felt my body hit another. I looked around the room and saw everyone staring at me in horror. "Please tell me I didn't just run into a person with a chainsaw." I asked.
"Nope." Trevor said. I sighed in relief. Then that relief committed suicide. "He has an ax."
I was so proud of the scream that I let out.
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH HHHHHHHHHH!" I screamed. There were a couple of shrieks in there too when he picked me up. Everyone else was screaming too except Jo. She stood there looking smug. 'Dang it, Jo!' I thought. 'You got me again.'
I turned around in the creeper's arms and stared at his masked face. Then it came to me. "Uncle Wyatt! You're back from Ireland!" I shouted throwing my arms around his neck.
He chuckled and took off the mask. "Hey Keel-Peel!" I ruffled my hair as I blushed at my kid nickname. "I knew you would know it was me." He chuckled again, setting the ax on the dresser beside him.
"Am I the only one really confused here?" Keoni asked.
"Nope. You're definitely not the only one." Liam, Justin, Trevor, and Keely said at the same time.
"Let me explain." I smirked as Liam groaned. "How did I know you did this?" He asked. "Cause I'm awesome." I shrugged as if that would explain everything. "Well, during the very boring movie, sorry Sammy, you guys all fell asleep and I got a plan, to scare the living crap out of you guys! I called Uncle Tyler and he agreed to scare you with me!" I ended with a laugh. "You should have seen your faces! And your screaming was so hilarious!" I burst into giggles.
"It was a good idea." Keely admitted high-fiving me.
"Thanks. So Uncle Wyatt how's Uncle Jo?" I asked. Let me explain, my uncle is gay and his partner's name is Josiah. We call him Uncle Jo for short.
"He's fine, Delilah is a handful though." Uncle Wyatt grinned. They adopted Delilah when she was four. She's seven now.
"We could always watch her you know." I reminded him. "Give you guys a couple days off." I wiggled my eyebrows.
"Thanks, hon. I'll take you up on that later." He drove a hand through his light blonde hair, his blue eyes filled with worry. "I don't know how I'm going to get back though. This snow is terrible." He said, looking out the window.
"Wait." Justin said. "How did you get here in the first place?" He asked. Right! That is weird.
"I was visiting an old friend. She's blind and needed some help while her daughter was at the grocery store. She came back before the storm hit, thankfully." He explained.
"Oh, well you're welcome to stay here." Liam said.
"Thank you." Uncle Wyatt said. "Hopefully the storm blows over quickly." He said.
"Wait so I'm confused. You're their uncle?" Trevor asked.
"He's a little slow." Keely whispered loud enough so he could hear her.
"Hey! I was just asking." He said, crossing his arms.
"Yep! My name's Wyatt. Nice to meet you. Are you one of their boyfriends? Cause if you are, we need to do some serious talking." He said sternly.
"No way! I have a girlfriend, I'm just stuck here momentarily." Trevor said looking away.
I looked at Keoni out of the corner of my eye and saw him glancing between me and my Uncle. Were we a couple? I mean we haven't really discuss- "Hi, I'm Keoni. I'm dating Jo." Keoni said shaking my uncle's hand. Keoni glanced at me and I beamed. He smiled back.
"Mmmm... we'll talk later." He said before turning to Liam and Justin. "So either of you guys dating Keely?" He asked.
"Nope." Justin said, winding his hand into Liam's.
"I see." Uncle Wyatt smiled. "So how's Solomon doing?" He was referring to my father, his brother.
"I don't know." My smile faded and Keely's face crumpled.
"What happened?" Uncle Wyatt asked, worried. Before we explained, Liam ushered everyone out of the room.
Me and Keely explained, our heads down the whole time. "I always knew your mother was a bitch." He said tightening his fists. "But I never expected your father to do leave you with her! Are you sure he left?" He asked.
"Yeah, we knocked on his door no one answered. We looked inside and there was nobody there for days probably." Keely said.
"You know you girls are welcome over anytime you want." Uncle Wyatt said.
"We know, Uncle Wyatt." I said hugging him tightly. "But we are okay where we are."
"Okay. Well, I'm going to bed now. Good night, girls." Uncle Wyatt said, so we left and closed the door behind us. We walked into the living room and saw the boys just standing there. Awkwardly. VERY awkwardly.
"Gay baby was born." I said suddenly, breaking the tense air. Liam and Justin stared at me with weird expressions on their faces. "Hey, don't judge, that is how you guys were born." I said as I plopped down on the couch, Keely lifting up my legs to sit down.
Justin just raised his eyebrows and Liam smiled. "So what now?" Liam asked.
"Now, it's time to sleep." I said, closing my eyes only to hear my stomach growl.
"I don't think your stomach wants to go to bed." Keoni laughed.
"Traitor." I poked my stomach and it growled again.
"Haha! You would think it's a bear!" Keely laughed.
"Shut up." I pouted, getting up. "Liam you should feed me." I puppy dog eyed him.
"Nope!" He walked away, carrying Sammy, Justin following.
"No." She walked away.
"Don't even think about it." He walked away also.
"Keoni?!" Puppy dog eyes of doom!
"Fine." He sighs, and makes me and peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Yummy!
"Nom! Nom! Nom!" I ated the sandwich.
