Episode Seven: Family Picnic.

The twelve months all settled down together on the picnic blanket.

"All the food you made sure does look good, November," June said as he tucked a bit of lilac hair behind his ear.

"Thanks. It took me all morning to make everything."

As they began to eat, May, a blond boy wearing a gold bracelet, gently took June's face in his hand. "Would my sweetie like a strawberry?" he asked as he held up one of the plump, red fruits.

June blushed as he looked into May's emerald eyes. "May! Not in front of everybody!" the rainbow-clad boy said with a hint of annoyance in his voice.

"Don't mind us," July said with his mouth full. "It's not like we care."

June sighed a little before letting his boyfriend pop the strawberry into his mouth.

It was then that March started drinking his wine straight from the bottle.

February took notice of this. "Hey, Wino MacBarfly, what's with the afternoon booze fest?"

"March, didn't you already have an entire bottle of wine for breakfast? November asked.

"He also had another one on the way here," September added.

March wiped his mouth with the back of his hand. "What's the big deal? It's not hurtin' me or anything."

"Maybe not, but it does make you slightly more obnoxious than usual," February said, smirking.

"Well, at least I'm not a midget," the green-haired boy said.

"You take that back!" February shouted, standing up.

March chuckled. "Sounds like somebody has a short temper."

February snatched the bottle from the spring month, and poured the wine onto the grass.

March responded to that action by shoving the pink-haired boy's face into the apple pie.

"HEY!" November yelled, "KNOCK THAT OFF!"

September stood up. "Calm down, November. I'll handle this." He went over to March and February, picked them both up and carried them to the van.

"Novemeber, what's Sep gonna do to them?" December asked.

"I don't know. But whatever he does, it won't be as bad as what I would have done."

"Now, you two are going to sit here quietly, and think about what you've done," September said as he forced to two boys into the backseat of the van, even putting their seatbelts on for them.

March and February pouted. "He started it," they both grumbled in unison.

End.

Episode Eight: Reading.

June let out a contented sigh as he read one of his newest romance novels.

"Yo! Juno! Whatcha doning?" April asked rather loudly right next to June's ear.

"Reading," June replied.

"Reading what? More vampire smut?"

"No!" the summer month snapped.

"June!" February called from upstairs, "Can you come help me with something?!"

"Sure!" June said, setting his book on the coffee table. He headed upstairs, leaving April alone in the living room.

April grinned mischievously. He quickly sat down on the sofa and picked up June's novel. He began to read the summary on the back of it:

'Fifteen year old Chantal Nighthawk has just moved to a small town in Georgia to live with her father. On her first day of school, she meets a mysterious boy named Troy, and begins to fall madly in love with him. But when she discovers that Troy is a chupacabra, she finds herself thrown into a world of lust, murder, intrigue, goats and other stuff that will change her life forever.'

April snickered to himself. "That is so stupid!" He looked around to make sure nobody else was there before he started reading the book, which was entitled 'Blood and Chalupas'.

One hour later.

"Thanks, June. You're a real pal," February said.

"No problem, Feb," June replied, smiling. He walked back down to the living room, eager to continue his novel. However, he was taken aback by the sight that greeted him.

April was lying on the sofa, his eyes scanning the pages of June's book.

"April? Have you been reading my book the whole time I was gone?"

"Uh huh."

Um, April? Are...Are you okay?"

"Uh huh."

"Are you even listening to me?"

"Kinda."

"Sooo...Can I have my book back now?"

"Nuh uh."

"What?! Why not?!"

"Shhhhh."

"...I'm going to have to buy another copy, aren't I?"

"Uh huh."
