The Burning Town

The winds blow and children scream.

Fires spread throughout the town.

Mothers cry for their babies.

Fathers race about, trying to extinguish the flames.

It's useless, the flames are too much.

Why don't they run away?

Why don't they abandon that burning town?

The answer is simple:

It it their home.

They were born there,

and they will die there.

Forever will their bodies lay,

in that burnt down town.
