Alone on the streets

I see the world in a different way

The rich, the poor

The nothing

At the age of four

I was stranded forever

So alone, so cold

Why me?

The trains are my only friends

Snooping around the busy people

No time to notice me

Snatch the food, no one sees

The night is on its way

I hungrily head back to home

A box, in the corner

To sleep uncomfortably

Not a wink of sleep last night

So tired, I'm practically asleep

I climb down onto the track

But when I realise, it's too late

The horn is all I hear

But I guess that's just fate.
