A/N: New here, just wanted to get that out of the way. This is a story that came up at 3 in the morning when my friend Sarah was over (which is why we are two of the main characters.) It' s pretty much all about our class and what they would do in a horror-ish thing. Sooooo with that out of the way, enjoy the reading! :3
I ran into the forest only hoping my team was following me. If they weren't, their loss, They would die and I would be the only survivor. I turned around for a millisecond and tripped over a freaking log. An arrow went straight over my head. I looked at the sky and thought 'holy crap, that was a close call'. I felt someone grab my arms and drag me.
"Hey!" I yelled, "I can run by myself!"
The arms let go of me and I scramble to my feet and take off running again.
This time I don't look back.
I followed the rest of my team far behind them. "Guys...Wait...Uuuupp!" I wheezed after them. Barely even in the trees, I stop and put my hands on my knees and breath for a good minute. My team races ahead of me and disappears into the forest. I stand straight up and go chasing after them. I am after all, their leader. They will not ditch me... I hope.
After the Run as I was calling it, my team managed to find each other. Surprising, seeing as how the majority of them are idiots. Well, if they were in my grade 9 class, then they automaticity became idiots. Anyway, I guess I could say that I had some good people. Well, okay, lets just get this over with right now. I was probably the worst member of my team. I had ALL guys on my team, and they were all fit and good runners.
"Why did you have to be our team leader?" asks a certain snobby bitch.
"Because." I answer. "Now shut up."
She turns away and whines to her 'bestie' or in her language, 'just another person to toy with'.
I turn to my group. Mike, Luke, Nick, Keeley, Alyssa, Sable, Jayden, Larissa, Kayla, J.c and Mrs. Bitch herself. I'm not going to say her name, because if I did, then she would hunt me down and kill me by suffocating me with her fake boobs.
Only half of the people are paying attention to me.
"This is what we are going to do. Make it to the gates, before 48 hours has passed. Clear?" I asked the small group of people that had gathered in front of my tree stump.
Most of them nodded their heads slowly, as if only just understanding the concept of what I was trying to get at.
A ginger girl, named Rachel I think?, raised her hand and shouted, " Uhh, what if we don't make it before the gates close? Then what will happen?"
I shrugged. Honestly, I didn't know, except for the fact that something bad was going to happen if one didn't make it through the gates.
Was it good? Horrible? Stupid and pointless? R&R :3
