Author notes: Clearly, I was a strange child who read a lot. These are stories I wrote between ages seven and ten.
The Nightmare Cat
Once there was a girl named Emily. She had a cat. One night the girl named Emily went to bed. Her cat turned into a monster-cat. Emily saw him. She was about to sceam, she didn't. She was on the bed. The cat pulled her sheets off, and poor Emily fell off her bed. She opened her window and jumped out. Her cat followed. The cat was running after poor Emily. Emily jumped onto the cats back. The cat shook her off. Then the cat shrank to normal size. He spit monster-blood out of its mouth. Then her little sister ate the monster-blood. 'Casey!' Emily cried. Casey turned into a monser!
(I seem to remember a Goosebumps book about monster blood with a…hamster? On the front of it. Gotta love my detailed description of what exactly entails a "monster-cat." )
The Comic Creature
Eric likes comics. He was looking at one when a creature jumped out of the comic! He tried to get the creature but it was too strong. It ataked Eric. Then it jumped and his sister came in. She got killed.
(well that's rather to the point…no need for details folks, it came, it "ataked," it killed. The end!)
