Well, thank you for clicking on this link. I have been on fictionpress all of one year and have read a lot and reviewed a lot in that time. From all of my experience, I have compiled this guide of simple tips to improve your writing. If there is anything you would like me to cover, drop a review and I'll get back to you.
So, why am I writing this?
That is a very good question. A very good question I really wish I'd thought of two hours ago, when I started. Well, to answer it, I would have to say that my reason is simple. I am writing this because I am a nice (hard to believe, I know) person who genuinely wants to see people write to their fullest potential. I know I'm not an expert and I'm still learning, but what I do know, I want as many people as possible to pick up.
Why should you read this?
Because I asked you nicely? No, you should read this because a lot of people don't know the stuff I'm going to cover. I hope that this guide will eventually become a resource for beta-readers or for reviewers who can just say, "Check out Rebel Maru's guide for more tips."
But that will probably never happen, so right now, I just want to try and divulge a few of my top tips.
I hope you enjoy reading and drop a review!
PS: If my grammar is bad in this essay… Well, then you get an entire layer of irony added to it, don't you?
