Go Home

I should go home but I'm not well

I'm under the crazy moonlight spell

Follow me all you want, I've no food to shell

Go home, little one, go home

I know that in those deep green eyes

can't be any humungous lies

I can't be provider but you can play spy

but go home, little one, go home

I've no food to give not a penny to my name

And all night we've been playing this same silly game

You chase and I run but all the same

Go home, little one, go home

I'm going home now, now I'm okay

And I know you're homeless and know you're stray

And I can't guarantee you'll live today

Go home, little one, go home

I was going to mention what this poem is about, but I think I'd rather let YOU decide the interpretation. :)
