Have you ever noticed
The vast amount of things that demand our attention?

Instagram
Snapchat
The list goes on
And on
And on.
Never forget
To unplug for a while
Go on a walk
Take a vacation
Clean your head
You aren't missing anything that cannot wait
Our lives are wasting away
Stuck on social services
Humanity has evolved
We are living in the greatest country on the face of the earth.
But if we lose ourselves along the way
We really haven't learned anything
You have one life
Will you live it?
Or will you watch it slip away
Like sand through an hourglass?
The decision is yours.
