Author's Note: Just a poem I wrote about bullying, nothing special.

Another cut,
Another bruise,
Again you win,
Again I lose.

I feel it sting,
I know it's there
I see you look,
I feel your stare.

It's just a punch,
It's just a kick,
It'll only hurt a bit.

It's just a shove,
It's just a name,
I take the fall,
I take the blame.

"I tripped." I say
"Oh silly me,
I just fell down
The stairs you see."

When I'm at home,
In my bed,
Your hateful words
They fill my head.

I'm not cool
I'm much too fat,
My thighs are huge,
My butt is flat.

My boobs are big,
My nose sticks out,
My stomach's large,
My leg hairs sprout.

Nothing's ever
good enough
But despite all that
I must be tough.

I try to ignore it,
but it's hard you see,
Because deep down,
It gets to me.

Another cut,
Another bruise,
Again you win,
Again I lose.
