New Idea! this is a one shot, featuring JADE! WOOP!

I rolled over, groaning slightly from the morning light filtering through the blinds. I put an arm over my face, sighing and not wanting it to be morning.

Wait a minute...

I opened my eyes again, looking at the arm that was over my face.

That was not my arm.

I sat up, looking down at my arm, realising it was a boys arm, wondering how the hell...

Unless I had shifted without realising. I couldn't remember doing anything...

At that point I looked down, realising...

Well, I was missing two somethings. And...

I put my... boy arm...down, touching just gently between my legs...

"HOLY SHIT!" I bolted, slamming into the wall next to my bed. My heart was pounding in my ears, not believing what I was seeing...

"No.. no way..."

That's when I realised my voice was different. I groaned... and I didn't sound like me.

"KEEP IT DOWN! PHOEBE IS STILL SLEEPING!" Came my dads voice from my door. I wasn't sure what to do.

Should I try shifting-

"Jack-" The door opened, and I made a mad dash, diving over my bed and hitting the floor with a thud.

"What are you doing?!" Mum yelped, and I instinctively popped my head up from over the bed, looking at her and wondering if she would-

"Jack, settle down. You look like you've seen a ghost!"

"Mum? I.. um.." I didn't know what to say.

"Anyway, I know you probably want to go hang out with your friends, but I need your help now, so get showered and dressed, and you can go out after you've done your chores" With that she shut the door.

I looked around my room, finding it was...well, it looked like my room, but...

But it wasn't.

It was... well, it was a boys room!

I got up, looking around, then bolting out the door, rushing past my little sister, straight into the bathroom, shutting and locking the door behind me.

"RUDE! IF YOU HAD TO GO SO BADLY YOU COULD HAVE ASKED!" She yelled, as I turned to look in the mirror. I heard her kicking the door, then mum scold her, and the voices dissapeared down the hallway.

I looked... well, I looked like me. But... well, I was pretty much looking at a boy version of me. I still had my eyes, but my hair was cut to just above my shoulders, sticking every which way on my head. My jawline was rougher, and I was... well, I was taller.

This couldn't be right...

Could it?

I was me, but... I wasn't me. I looked down again.

Yep, my girls were gone. And further down...

I looked down, then pulled the rim of my boxers out, looking down at the thing resting in between my legs. It looked...weird.

I let go, realising it was a big mistake as the boxers snapped back, almost getting my...

My new part.

"Ow" I hissed, then started to pace. I had to think!

"Okay, all right, what happened yesterday? This can't be right" I paced back and forth in the small bathroom, looking down at my body again, my arms, my legs, my... my...

My chest. If I wasn't so freaked out, I would be impressed.

The last thing I remembered was going to bed. We had just come back from a mission, and I had been exhausted. I had just faceplanted on my bed, then that was it.

And I knew...I KNEW... I was a girl then!

And now...

I looked down at myself, realising that... I had a need. I really did have to go.

"How the hell do you use this thing?" I muttered.

Well, I finally figured it out, having a quick shower and wrapping my towel around me, before going back to my room. When I was in there I looked down at myself again.

"What...the" I muttered, still having trouble with the voice that came from my lips. It wasn't wasn't mine!

I went over to the dresser drawers, opening the top drawer and seeing... well, boxers. I sighed, putting a pair on and then finding some jeans on the floor in the mess of a room.

I managed to get them on, before the door opened and I yelped, spinning around to see my mum come into the room.

"What's the matter with you today Jack? You're jumpier than a jackrabbit!" She exclaimed, going and starting to pick up my room.

"Uh, mum-"

"Mumumumumum!" Phoebe, my three year old sister, bolted into the room, attaching herself to my mums leg and putting a thumb in her mouth.

"Ouch, Phoebe!" Mum picked her up with one arm, swinging her onto the bed and looking at me.

"Could you watch her for today? I am really behind on the washing"

"Uh, sure mum"

Dammit! I really had to find out what was going on, and I didn't think I could do that with my little sister latched onto me.

At that moment mum stopped, dropping clothes on my bed and coming over to me. I felt a bit exposed as she touched my face.

"My little boy, you're almost grown up now" She sighed sadly, and I had to bite my lip to stop myself saying that I wasn't her little boy, I was her little girl, and asking why she couldn't see that?

I swallowed a small lump in my throat, then almost jumped as her hand moved down to my jeans, yanking roughly at the belt.

"Hey!" I yelped, and she laughed, slapping my cheek.

"Settle down, just checking if you need new pants anytime soon"

She laughed again, leaving my room after picking one last thing up off the floor.

I sighed, then looked over at Phoebe, who still had her thumb in her mouth.

"Jak no jak!" She pointed with her other finger at me. I quickly grabbed a shirt, slipping it on and sliding beside her.

"Wait... what?"

"Jak no jak. Jak is gurl. Jak is Jade!"

I breathed a sigh of relief, realising the whole world hadn't done tipsy. At least someone knew I was meant to be a girl.

Sadly it was a three year old that liked to talk in riddles.
