We think they hide under our beds,

When really they're just in our heads.

We blame others for the sorrow and pain,

To learn it is our own heads again.

Killers and monsters are all around,

The evil within is all unbound.

And when it releases it's like a great flood,

Of sweat, rain, tears and blood.

Society points a finger at all,

But it's humanity that will fall.

We fail to see the actual truth,

Though evil hides behind our youth.

Judgment fails to punish the one,

Who never gets the job done.

We leave the evil all behind,

and realize that it's all mankind.
