Fata Morgana

She stands upon the white rock

Long robes billowing in the wind

Head bent

Mouth set

She is always

Alone

Over the sea she calls to me

Rocky castle on the crags

Waves crash

Spray flies

Yet she is

Unmoved

Sailors went

None returned

All dashed upon

The white rock

Women cried

For they now knew

The castle was Fata Morgana
