"Aren't you even going to do something?"
She stared at the boy. And he could see the trouble they were in! Well, he was in; she could always sneak out by herself.
"Nothing." She affirmed.
The stupidly happy boy sat there contently even with the bars casting dark strips on the floor. Turning around from the hopeless cause, she probed the pale grey walls with her slender fingers. No weaknesses in these concrete walls. What was she expecting, a lucky break from her karma? Of course not.
"What are you doing?"
"Find a way out."
He just laughed.
