"Mama, please tell me story" said Katie with a puppy dog expression on her face. Her mother asked, "Its 11 in the morning, go have a swim in the beach, I'll tell you a story later!"

Katie frowned and said, "NO, mama please tell me a love story !.Surprised mother asks, "For a 12 yrs old, a love story?"Katie's eyes gleamed with mischief and said sheepishly" oh! Mama I'm grown enough please"

Mother smiled and sighed "ok! Darling, come along then. Its story time" Katie hugged her mother and went along.

CHAPTER 1-

Peaceful morning it was, flowers bloomed, sun shone high ,birds chirped clouds endlessly floated around in the sky."Morning grandma" said Jake."You just came in time!" Jake said, "Wait, lemme guess, you making Chocó chip cookies?!" Grandma said, "You got that right my boy! Come along, I'm here!" Jake made his way to the kitchen.

Jake was a 20yrs old boy who goes to college in the country side and lived with his momma. No sooner did he figure out that Mrs. Isabella was a lonely, old lady he thought of helping her out with the huge barn she owned. She looked after him like her own son. He usually came around 4 in the evenings to help out as in the morning he was busy with college.

But since holidays were on, he stayed day in and out in her place. He looked up to her and adored her to no ends and fondly called her "grandma"

Moreover Mrs. Isabella gave him small amount of money for his service. This was the daily fling in the house."They are heavenly" sighed Jake taking a huge bite inhaling the sweet aroma. Grandma said," Glad, you liked them! I used to make for my daughters, they used to love it".

Jake looked at Grandma with a smile and asked, "You miss them don't you?". Grandma said, "Of course, I do silly!"Alas they had to go the cites after their marriage" Jake nodded and said," Don't worry, I'm here grandma".

Grandma got teary eyed and replied, "I know son, I know. You got to get going now. Get me some eggs and clean up the stable!" Jake nodded and said," Your wish is my command, my lady!" Grandma just laughed and told him,"Its 8 o'clock now, hurry up and come back for lunch! I got something to tell you! Jake nodded humming to himself...
