The Tree of Life

There's the Tree of Life,
Beautiful and meaningful,
Nature's majesty,
Wildlife's not carved into it,
Animals grow out from it.

These beasts are the tree,
Because they take up the whole,
Of this grand symbol,
The source of life and water,
And the symbol of this park.

The longer one looks,
At this emblem of creatures,
Lesser than mankind,
The more one sees the kingdom,
Of animals equal man.
