The trench made the mountains tower over Nahal and his fellow sea knights like a storm over a cautious sailor. The trenches held many mysteries like the diverse communities that were built as prayers to Poseidon. Legend says that the breaks in the ocean floor were caused by the anger of the gods. When it opened, lava would seep out of the floor and mold the openings of the cave systems shut. That's why everywhere you'd walk, you would see a statue with either him or his trident as a sign of peace with him. After the loss of Atlantis, nobody dared to take any risks to defy the gods. But, with Nahal at their side, the Rogue might have a chance at getting their city back.

Nahal had connections with Poseidon, he was born as a hero when Poseidon hooked up with Penelope. He had a spear in his left hand that retained some of the powers of Poseidon. Before his quest that he is on right now, he visited Hades to learn about his spear and how to harness it's deadly powers. Hades was willing because of the scuffles she had with Poseidon after her untimely pregnancy. So, after four days of finding his spiritual peace, he learned to control his powers. The spear was like an enchanted sword that was permanently binded to him. When it struck his enemies, their muscles contracted and hardened to quartz. The Rogue saddled seahorses that sped through the valley to check for any giant crabs while Nahal trailed behind on the gracious stingray. If they were to revive the Lost City, all precautions must be taken. But, the moment arrived, Fing, one of the sea knights, came back with a confirmed death of one of the crabs.

They had a battle that was anticipated by the whole Mediterranean Sea for years. They galloped into the city with the sight of giant crabs emerging from the reefs. The knights came in from the sides trying to hit the crabs on the back to break their extremely rough exoskeleton. That was their strongest defense, but it was nearly impossible to get to without getting snapped into two by their instinctive claws. If they were to lose the seahorses, there'd be no way to take out the crabs defense.

Nahal was born a hero and was destined to win this battle. He rushed the gates piercing the armor of all of the giant crabs. The knights galloped in to finish off the ones that were already cemented. They already made it into the city busting the gates of prisons and letting fellow Rogue out. Even though they were fatigued from a long life in prison, they immediately dashed into battle, exacting revenge on the creatures that had destroyed their city. They had impaled the crabs with the bars from their own prison cells. The crabs were vicious creatures and devoted their work to Poseidon. They believed that taking the city and giving it a religious overhaul to control it's citizens was a great way to show their devotion. Their fault was seen by the prisoners they held, the crabs weren't doing it to show appreciation to the gods, they were interested in the riches of the city. The Rogue never knew about this until they saw the treasuries as they opened up the city. Nahal had lived up to the battle, showing that he had freed the city and revived a society. The Rogue were just now blowing the dust off the remains of the giant crab army. Nahal had wanted the last kill. He wanted his name to be engraved into history. He approached a weak crab that had it's left claw separated from it already. As he reached out, his spear was clamped off in a last stand by the crab. Of course, a knight by his side had executed the crab in a blink of an eye after this, but it was too late.

Nahal moaned in agony as he fell to the ground, light was being emitted from the wound. His last thoughts weren't about the battle, he had the end of a battle finished by a knight that was on his side. He couldn't live knowing that he didn't finish the battle. The knights had apologized and explained the need for their action. If the crab held any longer, he would have died.

What we later learned is that light wasn't leaving Nahal's body, it was entering. He gained the honor of the gods, he was becoming stronger. Generations wouldn't live on to see him as a failure. He was thanked for his sacrifice in battle. In memory of him after his long life, the bay that Atlantis was emerged in was named Nahal's Bay.
