Vincent

"I-Impossible," I stuttered as I walked backwards. Everything came back to me, like a sea of colors, I was at the scene of my first friends death. The horrible memories flowed into my head at rapid speed.

"S-stop it! STOP!" I yelled pointlessly. Just then, the boy had saved my life. He pulled me back, throwing himself off the cliff for me.

"No!" I fell to my knees crying, and as I watched my younger self run for help, I stayed there, bawling. I crawled to the edge of the cliff and looked down.

"Please… stop." I whispered. The boys body was split into multiple pieces, each one parting ways. I closed my eyes, as I heard a voice. "Sorry I failed you Andea."

I arose from my bed quickly as I panted and sweat came down from my body. I started to cry knowing that, it was all a dream. Or at least I thought it was. I got up from my bed, wiping my tears of my face.

Almost everyone knew me in this town as I was nicknamed, "The little angel" all because I have angel like skin. But I wasn't anything near a angel.

I lived in a town in the middle of the mountains. A very big town. The town was nicknamed, "Super natural" because of what has been going on. Werewolves have been appearing, vampires have been spotted, and anything else that was just, beyond normal.

I was just your average 15 year old girl, with short brown hair, and blue eyes. On the weekends I normally wore long sleeve T-shirts, skirts, and converse.

My past, was almost everything out of the ordinary. As a little girl, I was traumatized by not having any parents to take care of me. A couple of people took me in, but then turned me back into the orphanage. When I was 8 years old, I roamed my birth village when I met a boy. We became the bestest of friends, but something went terribly wrong. We were playing along the river side, which had a sharp cliff on the side. I tripped, and the boy pulled me back, risking his life for mine. Every year, I would visit his grave. Until one day, I was so busy, that I forgot to visit his grave. Ever since then, I've been having weird dreams about that incident, and what happened down at the bottom of the cliff.

I went about doing my daily business as I heard my doorbell ring. Who could that be? I walked up to door and opened it, seeing no one outside, I figured it was just a prank. I walked back inside, and closed the door, not knowing I let someone or something, in.

I walked into the living room, and walked past the couch, and something blue caught my eye. I was lucky to have opened the kitchen drawer in time because it moved. I grabbed a knife, and threw it at the object. I didn't notice it until I actually looked. It was my neighbor, Vincent. I wanted to yell out but I couldn't. I quickly turned around and heard a loud, "GAH!"

I turned around slowly, and the knife had pierced the couch right above his head.

"Oh my god! Vincent!" I bowed multiple times, repeating 'I'm sorry.'

Vincent got up from the couch. "N-no i'm sorry, I came in your house without you knowing." He bowed and I looked up. We looked at each other and laughed.

Vincent was my best friend since I first moved in. And ever since we became best friends, he has been getting more comfortable with me, and my house. Always thinking that he can just, come in, and relax.

Vincent had dark blue hair, light blue eyes, and for some odd reason, he wore black and white shirts, pants, and shoes. But that was only on the weekends.

Vincent may look like a pretty boy but he's a little devil. He's...a particular man indeed. Vincent may come off as a polite, well tempered gentle-man, but how cold and truly calculating he truly is. His fluent and poetic words often entrances many females. I still don't know how he does that... All the girls in the school either likes him as a friend, which would be me and a couple other girls, or loves him, alot.

"Hey Vincent?" I asked.

"Yeah?" he replied.

"I'm gonna head over to my friends house for 2 days, since you know… its summer."

He nodded and said, "I'll look after the house." He smiled his everyday smile, and I nodded.

A couple of minutes passed and I packed my bag. I gave the keys to the house to Vincent and walked out the door. I waved back at him and smiled.
