A midsummer's night, the moon crystal clear,
The start of a long odyssey is near.
Why do you journey to far-away lands
To return, regretful, to your own sands?
To the world, do you need to prove your worth
Come back a hero to your place of birth?
I push off into mystery unknown
Where waters are deep and sun never shone
To blue on blue, not a bird in the sky
To bustling reefs, away I fly
To sparkling lagoons, season to season
I go with the tide, for there is a reason:
Danger's jaws await, on land and on sea,
But under the waves lie my destiny.
