Take me back to where I belong

Take me back to where my heart soared strong

where I could be at peace

among the mountains and trees

to lay in the grass by the sea

the warm breeze sweeping through me

Sweeping up the soft sand around as

I fix my gaze to the sky with a relieved sigh

A dream so strong

so vivid and long

I can feel it from the tip of my tongue to tops of my toes.

It grasp me and I don't, I can't possibly let it go.

But that just a dream

It unrealistic captivated me

I have to look and live in reality

For that's what surrounds me

My heart longs for a place I can't possibly be

I stand in a place buried in strife

Haunted by enemies with hearts of ice
