Egomaniac

Egomaniac, oh, egomaniac, where did you go wrong?

You wanted to be seen as a miracle to earth,

But the people saw you as a waste.

All you saw of the world was a masterpiece of heroes and villains.

But, alas, all is not good and evil.

You wanted to be an artist- But you didn't even learn what anatomy is.

You wanted to be a singer- But your pitch couldn't fit a note.

You wanted to be a writer- But you were too stupid to create a character.

You wanted to be a hero- But you couldn't muster the courage.

Egomaniac, oh, egomaniac, where did you go?

Crushed underneath the people's hate, you could have built a wall.

But you didn't.

All you did was insult the others, turning even a simple word into a weapon.

Alas, you didn't learn a thing.

You wanted attention, didn't you? Well, here you go, you egomaniac!

You wanted to be (In) famous, didn't you? Well, here you go, you egomaniac!

You wanted all the money in the world, didn't you? Well, too bad, you egomaniac!

You want a lover all so quickly, didn't you? Well, no one loved you, you egomaniac!

Egomaniac has fallen to his knees, his only ally being the burnt-down throne he made.

With a charred and scarred face, he found a rope,

You can guess, how everything went from here.

In the afternoon, stuck in delusions of grandeur, the egomaniac hung himself free from this world.

You wanted to be happy, didn't you? Goodbye, egomaniac!

You wanted to be looked at fondly- But you were too ugly to look at egomaniac!

You want to change? Well, it's too late for it!

You want to cry? Well, your tears all dried out!

You want pity? Well, it's too late for that!

You want to be loved? Well, you can't be loved!

You want to say goodbye? Well, who will respond with the same?

You wanted a response? Well, goodbye, tragic, poor, idiotic, dirty, delusional egomaniac.

Alone in the castle he built for himself, a young man only known as "Egomaniac", is hung with a twisted smile on his face.
