I see the fire dancing around me, the fire that the dragons set ablaze.
The fire with a thousand colours, while I dance around it in the darkest days.
The dragon with the mutant eyes, standing in the middle, all hope lost.
His ruthless action had the highest cost.
Back in the land, the land of free will, home in the land of Hell.
But here I stay, to fight you all, the story for ages to tell.
For a school project we had to write a poem about a book. Mine was "Meedogenloos" (Ruthless). It is about IS and a muslim girl who goes to Syria. I decided to write it from her point of view. I would like to hear what you think of it and criteria is always welcome.
