Addiction is the need to do something that you know is bad for you. It is also genetic if you have the same addiction as someone in your family. The only way to end the addiction is to get help if the addiction gets out of control and you can't stop the addiction yourself. If I had an addiction, it would be a shopping addiction because I like to spend some money, but I try to save it. I come up with a weekly plan to decide on what to do with my money by saving some money. I would let my student Mastercard run out of money, but with a plan to think of how I can spend my money, I can add more money and use the card sometimes.

Depression is a mood disorder that causes a persistent feeling of sadness and loss of interest. People will feel empty, alone and it causes suicide and sometimes, people attempt suicide. Some people may have anxiety disorders where they have panic attacks or even phobias. Many people may also have ADD, ADHD and PTSD as well as depression, panic attacks and phobias. I don't have ADD, ADHD, PTSD, but I always thought that I had depression when my family ignores me after a big fight where my family and I don't talk for days, weeks or even months and I wouldn't leave the house except for school and work. I would also have to eat meals by myself, I wasn't allowed to go to restaurants with them, so I would have to go to a restaurant by myself or eat Lean Cuisine meals, I would eat different things for breakfast that I can make on my own and that made me not want to get out of bed most days.

Diabetes is a disease caused by an insulin deficiency and characterized by excess sugar in the blood and urine. Exercise is important when you have diabetes and if you have diabetes and if you plan to exercise, you must exercise with a partner, avoid high impact activities, bring sugar, check your feet, wear comfortable shoes and inject insulin into nonactive muscle. If you want to avoid diabetes, you must eat healthy, eat fruits and veggies, select fruits and vegetables in a variety of rich colors, don't eat sweets and sugar, stock on healthy snacks, get plenty of sleep, exercise and drink water and not soda. At my house, my sister eats chips, ice cream, unhealthy meals, doesn't eat salad, drinks a lot of soda, and she never drinks water and she has thyroid disease which a medical condition that affects the function of the thyroid gland and she has to take pills for it and she's very skinny because she eats very little. Eventually, in a few years, she can develop diabetes if she keeps eating and drinking unhealthy. I hope to prevent diabetes since I don't drink any soda and I can eat healthier with some help. If I want to prevent diabetes, I will learn about healthy eating and exercising so that I don't have to worry about developing diabetes in the future.

Exercise is very important because it can help you learn how to be healthy and maintain your weight. Running burns 30% more calories than walking, but I would like to try to run a bit and then walk and then run again, but I should wear exercise clothes and comfortable shoes. I tried walking for thirty minutes to lose a few pounds, but it didn't work, so I'll try running for a few minutes when I can. Biking burns a few calories than running and I ride my bike from my house to my local bus stop on the days I got to school because I take access link there, to work if my parents are unable to take me to work and to the bank once a week when I have time to go to the bank. I love swimming and I want to join a swim team for exercise and weight loss. I would like to join boxing, kickboxing, Pilates, cardio and yoga for weight loss and after I move, I would like to sign up for a gym membership at my local gym so that I can get some exercise and lose some weight so that I can be healthy and stay fit

I did yoga in high school and I would like to do it again in the future. I would like to do yoga for weight loss and yoga would be perfect for me so that I can relax and have no stress. Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India. Yoga has relaxing soothing music and it would be perfect for me to do, but I just need a yoga mat and then I can join yoga and I have the right yoga clothes. In the movie 27 Dresses, there's a scene where young women do yoga and it made me think about wanting to join yoga. In my opinion, they should teach yoga for people with disabilities and special needs and I would fit right in.

While I was in Jamaica with my family two years ago, I did water aerobics and I would like to do that again. I would like to join water aerobics for weight loss and for fun because you can dance to the music while swimming in a pool. I don't know where I can join water aerobics, but if I look it up online, I would know where to begin. Water aerobics is the performance of aerobic exercise in shallow water such as in a swimming pool. If I can join water aerobics that would make me feel more comfortable about weight loss. Water aerobics would be the perfect exercise for me, but I would like to buy a shower cap so that I don't have to worry about getting my hair wet while doing water aerobics.
