At the end of this semester, I would like to be able to do at least 20 push-ups on my own. Right now, I can do less than 10. I would also like to be able to lift more than the 45 lbs bar on the bench which I can only do a few reps on my own. My goal is somewhere between 55-70 lbs. Lastly, I'd like to be able to do at least 10 pull ups. I can do only a few at the moment.
