Paul Panaikas is serving as a State Resilience Coordinator with RI Army National Guard, since 2011/2015. He works with the objective of exceeding his goals by utilizing his professional and interpersonal skills. He has extensive leadership experience to conduct and manage architectural historical studies associated with the establishment, conservation, restoration and reconstruction of historical sites while adhering to Naval protocol.
As a State Resilience Coordinator, Paul Panaikas is responsible for the management, and coordination of resilience training for Master Resilience Trainers, Resilience Trainer Assistants and Soldiers of the Rhode Island Army National Guard. He conducts Resilience Trainer Assistant Courses for over 160 Soldiers and civilians. Also, he is responsible for screening all the selected soldiers to attend MRT training for ensuring possession of definitive skills as well as qualities. In addition to this, he manages the Digital Training Management System (DTMS) for accurate tracking of completion statistics, and also serves as a Defense Travel Administrator for unit personnel and as a Unit Prevention Leader to conduct illegal substance testing.

Paul Panaikas is a philanthropist and supports various charitable organizations. He is a member of Lion's Club International, American Legion Post 7, Easton Massachusetts Historical Commission, Holy Cross Parish, and Immaculate Conception Church. Pertaining to his education, Paul Panaikas is a graduate in Business Management from Fisher College. He has also received his Associates in Science degree from the same college. Besides that, he has completed a Diploma in X-Ray Specialist from the Academy of Health Sciences, San Antonio, TX. He is currently pursuing a Master's Degree from Liberty University.
