Quiet Is The Place of Purity

In parts of North and parts of South

With a few parts in between

There may be found a land apart

Of those unchained and those unafraid

Free from noise, free from chatter

Free from makers of the latter

Free to breathe and free to live

Parts of heaven there are rumored to be

Each one as pure and happy as the other

Each one connected, as to a lover

Each one full of life and laughter

Where naught but peace is allowed to gather

And all those who dwell are only themselves:

Air as clean as the tears of heaven

Rooted giants with the rings of knowledge

Those of winged wind and diamond throats

And those who prosper as the eyes of all
