They eyeballed her cupboard
In odd bewilderment
At what she had inside it

She had the usual things
But something stood out
Like a sunflower

Amongst a field of buttercups.

They wondered if she knew
What was in her cupboard
Or if, with her poor eyesight,

She mistook it for sometihing else

Regardless, she had it in there,
Whatever her reasons so happen to have been
Poor eyesight or otherwise

One could say
That they took it as a warning
To not upset her

Because, she might use
What was in it
A well-known, as she put it,

A cure of problems
