He watched her take a small step towards the edge of the cliff.
"Stop!" He yelled, tears running down his cheeks. She looked at him, her eyes empty from no hope.
"You don't have to do this," He begged her, and she smiled a sad smile.
"No, you don't!"
"You'll be better off without me..." she whispered and turned, stepping off the ledge.
"No!" He yelled and ran forward, catching her arm as she dangled there.
"Please, n-no..." He whispered and she looked at him, her smile weak.
"Thank you for being my friend."
He woke up... looking over to where his sister used to sleep. He had had that same dream for two years.
Every time he dreamt, he saw her fall from the cliff.
He just wished he had caught her in time.
