Mount Olympus Gym
"My God." Hercules's face reddened when he saw Mia's workout clothes for the day. She was still wearing her very revealing sleeveless shirt and the shortest shorts he had ever seen. She felt extremely desired as all eyes in the gym went to her. The gymgoers whispered amongst themselves.
"Mia, you shouldn't…." Hercules swallowed hard as he looked around, panicked that his wife would accidentally walk in. "You… you…" It was still the morning so most of the clients were middle-aged folks to elderly retirees as the youths were still at their day jobs.
"What's that?" Mia tilted her head, smiling slyly at him.
"Mia!" Hercules said scoldingly. "You shouldn't dress so provocatively! You are safe in this gym but God knows what some unsavory characters at other gyms might respond to you dressed this way! I don't want people to get the wrong idea about us. Las Vegas can be a very ruthless city for a lone girl to be."
Mia pursed her lips and gave him an almost sad look. Hercules sighed. "I'm just warning you to be careful. I don't want anyone to get the wrong idea. The safety and protection of my clients is a top priority here." He was stammering, fighting to keep his bearing and avoid staring at her soft olive skin and smoothly toned thighs.
"My other clothes are still in the laundry. These are the only workout clothes I had." Mia said, feigning frustration.
"I understand. Even so, be careful with how you dress. This reminder that this is a family-friendly gym. Please tone it down next time." Hercules said as politely as he could, afraid that an elderly client would get offended.
Mia giggled and flipped her hair aside. "Alright, tough guy. Can we work on some yoga poses?"
The two took off their shoes and stepped onto the warmup mats. Even barefoot, Hercules easily had at least 9 inches on her.
"How tall are you?" Mia asked.
"Are your parents also tall?" She asked.
Hercules shook his head, looking almost sad. "My father is 5'11. My mother is 5'5. My sister is 5'6. I am the only giant."
"Huh. They're shorter than my parents." Mia said.
"My grandfather in Athens who is 6'6." He added. "But my grandmother is just 5'1, which unfortunately stunted my father from being as tall as his parent.
"Ugh, short people and their inferior genes." Mia muttered.
"Excuse me?" Hercules asked with a confused look.
"Can we get to the yoga workout?" She didn't want this little discussion to sidetrack what she planned for him.
"Oh, of course. What pose did you need help with?"
Mia sat on the mat and spread her legs as far as she could in a 150-degree split. She raised her head to smirk at him….
Only for Hercules to be sitting in front of her, his legs spread apart in a full, 180-degree split.
"You were saying?" He asked, deciding he would play along with her game of seduction for the time being.
"He actually did it." Mia thought in awe.
"So, what poses did you need help with?" Hercules asked.
Mia put her head down, touching the floor, with the weight of the body on the palms and feet. She stretched straight forward, shoulder-width apart, feet a foot apart, legs straight, and hips raised as high as possible in the downward dog pose. The pose showed off her tone back very well and gave a very revealing view of her rear end to anyone who was behind Mia. Hercules gulped.
"Um. I see. I don't know what seems to be the problem. What else did you need help with?" The bodybuilder asked uneasily.
She then lay on her back, feet on the floor, heels as close to the sitting bones as possible, and knees bent. She exhaled and, pressing the inner feet and arms against the floor, pushed the tailbone upward towards the pubis and lifting the butt off the floor. She lifted the buttocks until the thighs were parallel to the floor. She kept the knees directly over the heels but pushed them forward, away from the hips, and lengthening the tailbone towards the back of the knees- the bridge pose.
Hercules shifted uncomfortably, fighting a losing battle to keep his bearing. "Uhm. Mia? You aren't actually supposed to split while doing the pose." Mia was in fact, doing the pose incorrectly by spreading her legs wide open. He suspected she was doing it on purpose.
Next, she assumed the bow pose. She lay on her belly with the hands alongside her torso and palms up. She exhaled and bent her knees, bringing the heels as close as she could to her buttocks, reaching back with her hands and taking hold of her ankles. She inhaled and lifted the heels away from the buttocks and thighs off the floor, pulling the upper torso and head off the floor, showing off her well-endowed chest rather nicely
"Make sure your knees aren't wider than the width of the hips." Hercules said, fighting not to stare at her chest.
She then assumed the Balasana position. From a kneeling position, she brought her forehead to the floor and relax her arms alongside her body with her palms facing upwards.
"I'm not sure what the problem seems to be, Mia." Hercules said. "Was it the posture that you needed help with? So far, all of them are correct. Anything else that you would need help with?"
From a standing position, she spread her feet apart slightly wider than shoulder distance. She inhaled as she reached her arm overhead, tightening the abdominals and exhaling while folding forward and placing hands on the ground in the center between her feet while keeping the tailbone up in the air. She did this with her rear end facing him- the standing straddle.
"Um… that's very good." He complimented awkwardly. "You've clearly been taking lessons from somewhere."
She didn't respond. Hercules realized she wasn't looking at his face but at something below his waistline. His eyes traveled down- and then widened in shock at the prominent bulge in his pants between his legs.
Hercules's handsome face turned extremely red. "I… need to use the restroom. I will be back!" He ran towards the back of the gym.
Mia sat back down and covered her mouth, suppressing a loud giggle. "Like I thought, this isn't even a challenge. Truly, it's a miracle that a real woman hasn't taken after all this time." She thought with a sly smile.
She stood and came face to face with Olga, who stared at her with a look that told she saw the erection as well. The female bodybuilder was an inch shorter, but far more muscular than Mia with thick, gorilla-like arms that looked like bench 400 pounds. Normally, Mia would've been very intimidated by the obviously much stronger woman. But not today.
"What's up?" Mia asked with a sly smirk.
Olga looked behind her at the direction of the men's bathroom.
"I didn't know he gave these kinds of lessons." Olga said and awkwardly trudged out of the gym, still wearing her wide-eyed expression of shock.
As soon as she left, Hercules exited the restroom, still looking flustered.
"Sincere apologies, it must have been something I ate." Hercules came up with a hasty excuse. "So, what would you like to do next?"
Mia smiled. "The squat."
"Why did it have to be the squat?" He wondered as he got into position.
"Alright. Stand with the bar on your upper-back and your feet shoulder-width apart. Squat down by pushing your knees to the side while moving hips back. Break the parallel by squatting down until the hips are lower than your knees. Then squat back up while keeping your knees out and your chest up. Stand with your hips and knees locked at the top. Hold the weight for a second at the top. Breathe. Take a big breath. Hold it. Squat your next rep and repeat until you've done five reps." Hercules demonstrated as he spoke.
Mia suppressed a frown. One thing that she didn't like about him was just how anal-retentive he was when it came to workouts. She had been doing squats, bench presses, and deadlifts since she was 15 and knew all about proper form because of her bodybuilding father.
"Proper squat form is key to avoid knee and back pain. Don't do partial squats by going only half the way down. You have to break parallel by squatting down until your hips are below your knees. Push your knees out so they're in line with your feet. Keep your lower back neutral and don't let it round."
Mia got into position for the squat and did 5 reps as he said before increasing the weight to 150. Mia got into position for a squat. Hercules started to help her when his phone rang. He fumbled with it and dropped it behind her foot. Excuse me." He bent down to pick it up-
Just as Mia went down for another squat, purposefully extending her butt farther than she was supposed to. Hercules picked up the phone and started to stand up- and his mind went blank. All he could see the buttocks of a pair of tight shorts only inches from his face, almost begging to be touched. He wasn't even aware of how he must've looked to an onlooker as he stared wide-eyed.
"My God! Is she wearing anything under those shorts?" He wondered. The temptation to reach out and touch them was overpowering. He wasn't even aware of his face getting closer to the enticing buttocks.
"What are you staring at?" Mia's voice interrupted him out of his haze.
The buttocks swung upward out of reach.
Hercules gaped in shock as he came back to himself. He couldn't believe what he had almost done.
"Just kidding." Mia giggled. "I have been working on my backside. Glad you noticed." She smirked.
Hercules didn't respond. He wasn't looking at her. Mia followed his gaze….
To find an equally appalled Marina standing in front of them.
And not just Marina, but a 12-year old boy was standing next to her with a confused look.
"Marina? Philipp?" Hercules asked. "What are you two doing here?"
"Mom." Phillip asked Marina. "Who is she?" He asked, looking at Mia.
