A/N: This is just a short drabble that popped into my head at 2 in the morning. I hope this nonsense makes you chuckle. Thanks for reading!

You spot a shooting star and make a wish. Only the star looks like it's getting bigger and bigger. Suddenly you realize it's actually falling straight to earth.

She stepped back as she realized this. She shook her head in disbelief. Stars didn't actually just fall down out of the sky. They were supposed to be just bits of asteroids or meteors skimming across the surface of the ozone, burning up as they were broken down into dust. But this, this was getting closer. On fire for sure, but not burning up.

If this is a new rendition of the burning bush, she wanted out. She started moving away faster, never taking her eyes off the shooting star.

If that's what it was.

She finally turned around the fully focus on running out of the crash zone. She couldn't help looking over her shoulder, however, a time or two, or three, or four or five.

Okay, she kept looking back as she ran. But it wasn't like she was going to turn into a pillar of salt. She didn't want to be were she was running from. She just wanted to make sure that she had ran far enough away. Right at the moment of impact, she tripped. That, coupled with the ground shaking upon impact from the shooting star, caused her to fly forward a few feet before landing on the ground, tumbling and rolling before she finally came to a stop.

She looked up and wondered what she might see when the dust settled. Things still looked hot over there. The ground was smoldering like a cigarette that hadn't been fully put out yet.

But then she saw what came out of the rubble. Who came out of the rubble.

Hot. That did not do this man justice. She was trembling in awe. Her mouth practically salivated. She could not take her eyes off of him.

What a delicious zucchini.
