When the night falls, I rise.

The moon in the skies.

It's beauty brings tears to my blazing red eyes.

The citizen's bellow, to their defense I must go!

It's time to deal darkness a great blow!

I'm the Knight of the Night! The Knight of the Night!

Torn between 'what's wrong?', and 'what's right?'

The Knight of the Night! Come with me tonight!

We'll fight against the criminal blight!

In the dark of the Night, I bring a great fright.

To those who seek to extinguish the light.

Ghosts and demons, criminals and villains.

I wont stop till they're sent to Purgatory Island.

I'm the Knight of the Night! The Knight of the Night!

Torn between 'what's wrong?', and 'what's right?'

I fight for those who cant fight! But to Lunar City I'm a blight!

I'm the worst villain bar none, they hate me outright !

To the people I save, I'm a Knight, not a Knave.

But it's my curse to be wished by others to be sent to my grave.

To my daughter Kairi, my friends and my Family.

I'm the greatest hero ever, in all of history.

So what if I'm hated, and might never be vindicated?

Trying to be a popular with the crowd is highly overrated!

I'm the Knight of the Night! Am I your hero tonight?

Here to chase the darkness away till daylight?'

I'm the Knight of the Night! The Shadow Knight!

The Dark Avenger strike's out against villainy tonight!
