Lee Weiss is the CEO of New York's top detoxification and rehab facilities - Elev8 Centers and Urban Recovery Center. Both the facilities are staffed with more than 125 health professionals, providing one of the highest patient-therapist ratios. Apart from having been dedicated to helping people with addiction get their lives back on track for over 15 years, Lee has been a volunteer and business consultant as well. As far as his academic background is concerned, he holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland and is a Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC).

Lee Weiss, while successfully managing Elev8 Centers, Elev8 Foundation, and Urban Recovery Center, is also finishing his Rabbinical Ordination with Chabad Lubavitch in Brooklyn, NY (2020) and is working toward his PHD in Clinical Psychology.

He has been a volunteer, business consultant, operator and owner of inpatient and outpatient treatment and wellness centers.
