The UCI (United Conglomerate of Imaq) is among one of the most powerful galactic empires in Saraphia, stronger than both the Holy Kalandrik Empire and United Kingdom of Orum, but just as powerful as the later Nadiyan Empire during the final hours. The conglomerate primarily consists of the Imaqi – whom themselves are races of Sharks and Dolphins who used powers based on the Volodnikov Effect which granted tools to help them thrive and adapt to the ever-changing Galaxy.

The Conglomerate itself, though benevolent as present to any race coming into contact with, are actually seeking to use those members to expand their operations outside of their homeisland for their own self-preservation. However there are times when the Conglomerate have made promises that guarantee galactic peace.

One such example is during The Battle of the Cylinder (also called The 168 Hour War) when fighting against both the Gu'Gauv and the HKE, the former whom formed an alliance to make the Cylinder a place for any human, humanoid or non-human being to settle so as long as they take such responsibility for the place literally deep within Conglomerate territory. The Imaqi agreed and hasn't interfered since.

Another noble cause the Imaqi committed was the preservation of both FarDoors and Flash Drives as a way of commerce and trading as they tend to see HoleCasters as a cheap and foul way of to travelling across the galaxy. It would have no benefit for the commercial market and bypassing public transportation for the sake of privacy and convenience over community and security.

Controversial as they may be, the UCI plays a pivotal role in Saraphia as both the leader in trading and peacekeeping – even in the most deceptive and manipulative ways.

But what if that changed?

What if in an alternate timeline: The UCI won The Saraphian War?

What the Imaqi lack in military might they make up for it with psychological, armoured and guerrilla warfare. Their powered suits can operate underwater and on the surface.

Let's say for example if the Conglomerate at least invaded one of Kalandra's colony worlds but luring Kalandrik Apostles out of their outposts and into open space, Conglomerate Spider Troops strike at the exposed soldiers. And if that doesn't work, spider troops would launch fire-and-forget missiles at the outpost, forcing them out and into the wide open to be gunned down.

With bribery that's another tactic their good at, influencing the native population like the Zorvox to reclaim their homeisland from their enemy with weapons and supplies donated by the Conglomerate. Though that would also mean handing their own homeisland over to the Conglomerate, becoming it's protectorate for the Imaqi's personal gain.

Imaqi Spider Troops have thick armour, durable enough to take on missile strikes and beam gun hits, though the latter can still penetrate after three hits.

Eventually with their subjugated territories the conglomerate has taken over the galaxy, even killing James Zavier during another botched attempt to take the Cylinder. Protectorates of the Conglomerate are either assimilated into the Conglomerate or faced genocide if they continue refusal to join.

The Cylinder could still be open for everyone abroad but under the conditions, terms and services for the Conglomerate.

As peaceful and good the intentions the Conglomerate presents, what lies deep within are a sinister force just as powerful if not more so than the Kalandriks. As stated before, they use deception, the environment and ingenuity as their greatest weapons that would've resulted in a victory for them had it not been for both the Kalandriks, the Gu'Gauv and their descendants on Orum and ultimately the Nadiyans. Plus the formation of the Galactic Coalition further put strain and annoyance to the Conglomerate, just when they're about to execute their ultimatium.

Eventually, though, Marduk, Leviathan and Rhye would cease to exist, inevitably resulting in the Imaqi going into the Orgy Frenzy, killing each other in order to regain dominance. With this, the former protectorates would declare independence and have their rules killed, arrested or banished.

Followed by the near destruction of Saraphia, only be solved by the Jincillans' sacrifice that made the galaxy stabilized again and the Hyacium safe to use once more.

Without the leash and oppression of the Conglomerate and many independent Imaqi free to do whatever they wish, Saraphia could end up in either another war with former member races going back to their old ways, or form the Galactic Coalition or equivalent to keep the peace, knowing full well of another war could result in Mutually Assured Destruction now that each former protectorate have up-to-date technology based on either Hyacium or nuclear energy.

Without either of them then another war could break out, but with them would result in a Cold War between the Kalandriks, Gu'Gauv/Orumi and Nadiyans. Though the latter are the only ones smart enough about MAD and forcing the two other superpowers to sign treaties to solidify galactic peace.
