Yet Another Path
The sky is blue over the complimentary ridge hence showed,
The sands settling to the rocks like clay.
He sees only the flat, open road,
A thousand memories left far away.
The black path to the new,
The never-ending lapse of another place.
His heart remains back in his home true,
The travel never ceasing its pace.
Isolated is his will, caught up with the vultures and crows,
Where the black snake stops? Only the higher heaven knows.
