FIRE

dancing in the dark
with dragons
dangerous beauty
burning elderflower
maybe only death
just look at the witch's hair!
death in beauty
death loves you
kisses you
as you gaze into
the eyes
smoke rings
rise into
the air
smoke rings
a fiery breeze
carries them away
carries you away
death loves you
kisses of fire
passion and fear
slowly turning into ashes

Author's Note: This is, as you might have noticed, not my usual writing style. I don't think it would be possible for me to write a "normal" poem about fire. It was just an experiment, an attempt at something new, so please tell me what you think. *offers everybody a nice cup of poetea* But don't be too harsh with your reviews, keep it constructive! And no flames, please! *bad pun*
