No Chains


I am deformed,
not my own, but no one elses.
My inhibitions are rugged,
not appearing in thin air.
Got to try harder.

There are things I want,
which I will never get.
One moment, no minute,
I perish.

Enclosed

No chains around me,
to comfort me.
I am set free,
in total desolation.
Wow, what a rush.

I believe, I hope,
I wish, I beg,
for something more than nothing.
Which is all that I have.
