It weaves a web of silence and serenity

For my all too noisy heart,

Shades my path with blue hues,

And blocks the fiery sun.

The way is now clear

And all around me, I see

Wind dancing in green trees' arms.

The hotness and coldness are brought together,

And envelop my world in cool.

Evening has come to the fiery day,

And the knotted tensions smoothed.

I see the path I travel,

And whisp'ring oaks guide my way.

If their nodding boughs

Hide me my destination,

Why would I care?

At last,

I can hear my footsteps.
