Sullivan by: Cleo

Sully, you're my companion,
My playmate.
Sully, I could tell you anything.
I know you won't tell.
Sully, you comfort me at night,
By being my pal.
When I'm scared or upset,
You're always there.
Now that you're ill,
Sully, please get better.
Don't leave me now,
Nor any time soon.
Sully, you're my friend,
You're my companion,
And I'm always yours.
Get better Sully.

This is dedicated to my dog, Sullivan, which was just diagnosed with cancer. I have lived with him all my life, and this is a poem I wrote when he started to get really sick. I realized I would miss him more than I had thought. I think it is pretty good. Please read and review!
