ONE STORMY NIGHT
By:Andrew Troy Keller
Peter and Kelly Serling were on their way to Denver,Colorodo
in order to spend their honeymoon.
They were halfway towards the state border, when their SUV
had suddenly ran out of gas in front of a bed and
breakfast-type place that had looked like it had seen better
And to make matters worse,a fierce thunderstorm had
popped-up unexpectedly--forcing the newlyweds to seek
shelter inside the old inn.
But then,as soon as they had entered the inn, they were
surprised to had discovered the lights having turned on.
At first, they might want to get themselves out of there.
But after they had heard the thunder roaring from
outside, they've decided to spend the night in the inn.
After they had found a room to sleep in,they had changed
into their pajamas, gotten into bed and went to sleep.
Suddenly, just around Midnight,Kelly had woken up to a
mysterious voice that was calling to her.
She had gotten out of bed, stepped out of the room and walked

"SO,CATHERINE!",another mysterious voice had suddenly roared

hall to look for her)had grabbed the stranger--forcing him
to throw the blade at the portrait, instead of Kelly.
After that had happened,Peter had ran over to Kelly to see
if she was all right.
As soon as he had found out that she was quite safe from
harm,Peter and Kelly had turned towards the stranger--and
were shocked to discover him gone.
The very next day,the newlyweds had gotten themselves out of
the inn and walked all the way to the nearest gas station.
But when they were about to pay for the new can full of
gas,Kelly had asked the attendants about the inn that they
had spent the night in.
After they had heard what she had said, the attendants had
laughed and told her that the exact same inn had been torn
down over two months ago.
If that was true, then what was the place that they had spent
a rainy night in?
That--of course--is what Peter and Kelly Serling wanted to
