Under the command of Captain Heinrich Stoltz, this Unterseeboot can submerge to a depth of 246 ft, has 14 torpedoes and 42 mines, as well as a 150mm deck gun with 494 rounds. It is hard to detect as it bobs in the ocean waves, like a crocodile waiting to attack. The crew of 45 men are careful to be completely silent while their ship is submerged, but make noise enough while the sky is visible.

((Can we start by boarding the U-Boat?))

(No, they just finished a battle against the ship remember. So we'll start when they are heading back.)

Peter Taft stood in the hallway of the sub, staying out of the way and watching as medics carried by injuried soldiers on stretchers. They had just finished a large battle against an American ship which they had lost.

((I didn't know this ship had attacked the Lucien. I thought if it had, someone would've posted here.))

Karl looked around. The U-boat was creaking and there were a few small leaks. How had this happened?

Peter say Karl looking around. "Hey soldier," he said holding out a hand, "What did you think of the battle?"

J.A. Fletcher

"We should have sunk that ship."

Peter sighed, "But we didn't, they punched a hole right in the side of us."

J.A. Fletcher

"Terrible performance on our part."

Star the Foxhound

"I say, we are lucky we were not blown to bits"

11/22/2008 #9
J.A. Fletcher

"Yes, but how many U-boats were defeated in battle by a small armed ship?"

11/22/2008 #10
Star the Foxhound

Peter shrugged, "Not too many."

"Well we'll just have to try again is all, after we get the sub fixed up. Bet they can't bet us a second time."

11/22/2008 #13
J.A. Fletcher

"What'd you say your name was?"

11/23/2008 #14
Star the Foxhound

"I don't think I told you my name," he said laughing and holding out a hand, "My name's Peter Taft."

J.A. Fletcher

"Karl Faber." He said, shaking his hand.

Star the Foxhound

"Nice to meet you Karl," Peter said.

11/23/2008 #17
J.A. Fletcher

"You too." Karl said. "So, why'd you decide to become a sailor?"

11/25/2008 #18
Star the Foxhound

"Just to try something new I guess."

11/25/2008 #19
J.A. Fletcher

"Oh." He said. "I didn't want to get shot up on some battlefield."

12/1/2008 #20
Star the Foxhound

"So you'd rather get shot up on a submarine."

12/1/2008 #21
J.A. Fletcher

"I got a better chance down here than up there."

12/1/2008 #22
Star the Foxhound

"So true, we have the walls to protect us here."

12/1/2008 #23
J.A. Fletcher

"And we're the only army with subs."

12/1/2008 #24
Star the Foxhound

"Yes so we should be able to beat those Allied forces."

12/1/2008 #25
J.A. Fletcher

"Doubt it."

12/1/2008 #26
Star the Foxhound

"We just need to get our act together. We can beat them if we try."

12/1/2008 #27
J.A. Fletcher

"All I know is that they're coming in fresh and we lost more than a million troops."

12/1/2008 #28
Star the Foxhound

"I know," Peter sighed, "But we must just keep doing our best."
