Hmm, well if it's a fantasy character it doesn't need to have any magic or special ability per sé. If you feel that uncomfortable with plonking them in with a load of wizardly types then you can hop into Slice of Life - I know Bubble's would appreciate it.

Oh Kylie is Kyllorac. She created the DP and as such is the one we all look up to and whose words we heed.

The worlds there characters are from are based on worlds that can use magic. If not then it should be Sci-fi. I don't know where to put my character now. There's not necessary magic in the world I created nor is there only sciency explanations for things. I don't know what to do now...

Fantasy typically involves some system of magic. If it's more gizmos and gadgets oriented then it'd be more for Sci-Fi. If it's not really one or the other, then Zion is right. Head over to Slice of Life, but don't spring any sudden magic or high tech, futuristic stuff there. :)

I don't feel comfortable with putting her in anything other than fantasy. Argh! I don't know *whines* This is what happens when you decided that your fantasy world should have more in common with the real world. Maybe I should try putting her in all three categories...

SciFi has not scene the light of day yet and Fantasy is SUPER trippy so really you should try Slice of Life first :P

If it has magic, even subtle magic, it's fantasy. I think so anyway. But if you're really unsure, then I'd hold off (or go to SoL ;p) until you're sure or we can come to a better decision about it as Mods and help you.
