My error, I meant to say that I wanted 7,2. Does anybody have suggestions on how I can improve my nation's description?

Hm....SilverBlue, perhaps we could roleplay something?

SilverBlueSnow

Do you mean like meeting up with the whitefoot or Ashvin.

12/4/2009 #183
Del Vento

Indeed I do.

Good, after the little Whitefoot-Survaek gunpoint confrontation, I've basically just been responding to my own posts :(

I'll start. The Carbon Regiment is who'll be sent, as they're the only ones that can truly leave due to their sensitive skin, eyes, and lungs...

Good morning everybody, I just got back home from my Yoga class. How are you all doing?

12/5/2009 #187
SilverBlueSnow

Fine, munching on Doritos.

12/5/2009 #188
Del Vento

Doritos are always nice, although my parents never let us have them. By the way, sorry about the trouble I caused yesterday. I changed my nation's information to make it abide by the rules and edited my posts.

SilverBlueSnow

Well then, if you edited out the mistakes then it's fine to keep posting in Ashvinau now.

Indeed, I shall. =)

I'm thinking that I may create a list of my characters with their profiles on the Confederacy topic to keep things straight. By the way, would you like to move it to morning in the Monarchy now?

12/5/2009 #192
SilverBlueSnow

Sure

12/5/2009 #193
Del Vento

Alright. =) Your post, I do believe.

Actually, RPing with the Ashvin is sort of washed-away by now. I do have another nation, the Whitefoot, if it interests you at all. They may actually be more interesting to play with, being tribal, untrusting of outsiders, and attacked by demons.

The Sesabans would probably have to cross through Imeren territory to reach the Whitefoot. I wonder what they'll think of those medieval types.

12/5/2009 #196
SilverBlueSnow

Yes, but seeing how MW is pretty much inactive for the time being, i doubt that any Imeren-Sesaban contact would take place.

It largely depends on who is leading the expedition. Lieutenant Kinore graduated from the Carbon Regiment Candidate School around 20 years after Captain Enlowi did, and thus Ilecke was taught with a more open minded approach, hence why he is fluent in more languages. During the earlier stages of the C.R.C.S., students were taught minimal languages and culture as a means to get around, not a means of understanding. Lercet is more understanding than most of the other older members of the Regiment, but sometimes he will become slightly prejudiced because of the way his education was went about.

I think I will post a segment about the C.R.C.S. and the Carbon regiment in general on the Military Facts and Information topic, to give a bit of background information for reference.

12/5/2009 #198
SilverBlueSnow

And I need to post something about the Ashvinau military as well.

12/5/2009 #199
Del Vento

Speaking of militaries, right now I have this mental image of Lieutenant Kinore trying to fire a rifle wearing his blinders...In reality, that's more than a 'minor' setback to the blinders, as the Research and Developement Platoon put it, lol.

12/5/2009 #200
SilverBlueSnow

That would be a severe setback, if your soldiers were caught in daylight while being attacked.

12/5/2009 #201
Del Vento

They would be slaughtered, in essence, or would wind up slaughtering themselves.

12/5/2009 #202
AspenIvan

Yeah, I do suggest that both of you post on the Military Information section.

12/5/2009 #203
Del Vento

I will be posting more information about different parts of the military as they are brought up through the roleplay, but I did think that I would go ahead and write this, because their system of rank is different compared to standard military rankings. (For example, O1 is not a Lieutanant, but literally called O1.)

Thank you Ashes; that passage is quite helpful.

12/5/2009 #205
Del Vento

It is no problem. Personally, I always like things to be detailed and clear so that there are no gray areas or misunderstandings.

12/5/2009 #206
AspenIvan

True. However, I would like it if (although I cannot require that) you wrote out information on all of your colonial military, both so you can't pull out new, never-before-thought-of troops the moment they are needed, and also so I could compare my militaries to yours.

12/5/2009 #207
Del Vento

I understand completely. I should have a lot of it up by tomorrow.

By the way, I will be finishing a few diagrams to be added to the topic, as well, mainly illustrating the CO3 mechanism and a few other unique tools, in addition to a couple of basic uniform designs.

12/5/2009 #208
AspenIvan

Awesome! Did you draw these up yourself?

12/5/2009 #209
Del Vento

I did. Having a tablet, and Corel Painter, helps immensely when one creates these things.
