Aria clung to his neck, afraid that he would drop her. "I forgot what room is mine." She groaned. "Maybe it was the brown room." She suggested, glancing around at the different doors. "There's too many colors." She told him, her head spinning. She clung to him a little tighter, trying to keep herself from getting too dizzy. "I might have the key in my pocket." She remembered.

"I'll just take you to my room." He didn't wait for her to protest. Justin found his room, opening the door without dropping Arianna.

Reese frowned at his comment, slightly worried for the girl. He looked back at the dog, reaching out to her. His hand passed right threw her. ''It sucks being dead.'' He signed.

Shep groaned, nodding her head. She was tempted to change forms, but she was afraid she wouldn't see him anymore. She whined walking around him in a circle.

Reese laughed at the dog, shaking his head with amusement. ''Come on. We should keep an eye on them.'' He nodded towards the stairs.

Shep shook her head and stepped in front of him. She knew Justin wouldn't take advantage of the girl. It came as a shock to her, but he really did have a heart under all that bad boy exterior.

Reese huffed a small laugh. ''Alright.'' He ran a hand threw his transparent hair. ''I can't believe I'm talking to a dog.'' Well, it's better then Veronica. Anythings better than her. He thought to himself.

12/10/2009 #67

Shep barked, baring her teeth. An annoyed groan came from her throat as she glared at the ghost.

Reese looked down at the dog, his eyebrows pinching together. ''What?'' He asked, glancing behind him. No one. Reese chuckled, realizing he had hurt the dogs feelings. ''I'm sorry.'' He said with amusement. Reese knelt down next to the dog, stretching out his hand. ''Let me try something.'' He said, forcing all his concentration to his fingertips.

There was that pins and needles feeling flowing threw his arm, his hand and threw his fingers, before the tips turning sold. Reese smirked slightly, remembering he had heard something about a few spirits being able to do this. He scratched the dogs head a few times, before he couldn't any longer. Reese's hand passed threw the dogs head. ''Well, so much for that.'' He said tiredly.

Shep had leaned into his hand, her tongue lolling out from the side of her mouth. When he stopped she whined, her smile turning down. Once again she was tempted to change forms so she could actually speak with him, but didn't know if that would work. Sometimes supernaturals could see ghosts. Other times they lacked that sixth sense.

*Duncan from Bird Room*

Duncan sped through the hall and down the staircase, his eye catching sight of the dog. He sniffed the air. Shape shifter. He glared at the white shepherd as he passed through the door. The shifter ignored him.

"Good Morning, Duncan," Hootie called.

He slammed the door behind him. Hootie scowled and urned back to her book.

[[Aria from Nature room]]

Aria growled in frustration, stomping across the hallway and shoving her key in the door to the Peach Room. She yanked it open and slammed it shut, making sure to wake everyone on the floor.

Reese smirked at the dog, but he couldn't hide the sudden weakness he was feeling. Touching items in the real world used a lot of energy and power. He slumped down, resting against the desk. ''Sorry pup.'' Reese said, longing to feel the white fur again.

A sudden slam echoed threw the hotel, causing Reese to glance up. ''What was that?'' He asked, pushing himself up slowly.

12/11/2009 #73

Shep watched and followed after the ghost. It sounded like someone had slammed a door. Anyone who slam a door at seven in the morning must be crazy. There were bound to be some grumpy people running about anytime now.

*Justin from Nature Room*

Justin walked out of his room and sniffed around, searching for the culprit. A growl came from deep in his chest as he ran his fingers though his messy hair. He stood at the top of the stairs in only his boxers, grumbling to himself. Arianna's scent hung in the air, strongest near the Peach Room.

Reese glared at the man from before, but who was now in less clothing the before. He looked unhappy. Reese followed his gaze to the Peach Room. ''Come on.'' He mumbled to the dog, moving quickly to the door. Reese fazed threw the door, going inside. Once Reese had gone, the room was no longer chilly.

Shep sat down by Justin's feet, glaring up at him. He looked at the door with a somber expression, listening to Arianna cry. His shoulders were heavy with an invisible weight. His eyes turned down and caught sight of the white shepherd. "What the hell are you looking at?" he growled, turning on his heel and heading back to his room. Shep growled back, but didn't follow. Instead she went over to the door of the Peach Room, scratching at the door and whining.

Justin bound down the stairs in his wolf form. The grey wolf growled as he reached the door and tugged it open. Hootie rolled her eyes as he howled loudly, running out the door.

[[Asher Entering]]

Asher stumbled into the lobby of the Inn, slightly waving at Hootie on the other side of the check-in desk. He groaned at the sight of the stairs, knowing he would have to climb three sets. Asher looked behind him, deciding to rest on the sofa couches by the fire. Asher moved, obviously drunk, to the couches, collapsing into one of them. His back faced the ceiling and one of his arms dangled off the side, touching the floor.

[[Aria from Peach Room]]

Aria left her room. A headache was building behind her temples, throbbing with every step. She moved down the staircase, taking one at a time. Thoughts of Justin occupied her mind, inspiring a smile across her lips. The expression turned quickly to a frown, once she realized she was beaming.

Justin was wrong. She told herself that at least. He was not Paden, therefor he was wrong. Swallowing a deep breath, she wondered into the lobby.

[[Reese Entering]]

Reese moved threw the door as if it weren't there. ''Wait!'' He called after Arianna, hoping she'd make some sign that she could hear him. Reese reached out to her, his hand passing threw her body, leaving behind a tingling sensation in his fingers. He grumbled in frustration.

Asher snored slightly while sleeping on the sofa.

Aria picked up on the faintest whisper. She glanced around curiously, but only heard the snoring vampire on the sofa. He wreaked of death. Strolling past him, she headed towards the dining room. She needed some food, something to satisfy her hunger. Hiding was boring. The best way to saste time was with eating. Well, that and drinking.

Reese stopped in his tracks, a wide grin growing across his face. He was so happy, he was speechless. Reese watched Arianna leave, before his mind snapped back into reality. He chased after her, moving threw the wall and into the Dining Room.

[[Aria Entering]]

Aria wandered into the lobby, rolling her eyes at the sleeping vampire. She needed to find something to occupy her time, something to keep her mind from Paden. She smiled pleasantly at the old woman on her way out.

[[Reese from Dining Area]]

Reese wandered into the Lobby area, passing threw the furniture that surrounded the area and the man who was occupying one of the couches. That same pins-and-needles feeling passed over Reese's body, but this time it was colder. More...dead like.

When it happened with Arianna, the feeling was warm and almost inviting. He stopped and frowned down at the man, and rolled his eyes, deciding to blow it off. Reese walked over to the old woman, narrowing his eyes at her.

''Can you hear me?!'' He shouted at her, hoping the old woman could. Reese waved his arms in front of her desperately, hoping for the slightest recognition. There wasn't a respond.

Reese huffed, deciding to end his little adventure and return to Veronica. The one and only person who could speak to him. Reese ran a hand threw his dark hair, and passed threw the Lobby doors.

Asher groaned slightly, as he rolled over on the sofa to get more comfortable. He unknowingly rolled to much, tumbling onto the hardwood flooring. "Ouch." He grumbled sleepily, pushing himself up. Ash rubbled the sleep from his eyes, before scrapping himself off the floor to an unsteady stance. Asher stretched, releasing an enormously loud yawn, ruffling his hair. He didn't care who or what he distrubed with his loudness.

*Shep from Peach Room*

In her human form Shep descended the stairs. She adjusted the ties on the brown sweat pants, three sizes too big, so that they didn't fall down as she walked. The stench of a vampire met her as she entered the main floor of the Inn and she scrunched up her face. It was the same vampire from the bar the previous evening, she noticed. With an annoyed groan Shep went to the desk and handed the old woman a set of bills she had confiscated from Aria's bag. She would replace it as soon as she got into Justin's room.

"Justin won't be returning for awhile so I'm paying for the room," Shep said to the woman at the front desk. Hootie, recognizing her scent, smiled and took the money. Bored, Shep leaned against the front counter and glared at the vampire.

Asher yawned again, his eyes trained on the girl who crossed the room as he relaxed into the sofa. He scrunched his noise slightly at her stench when she passes. Asher rolled his eyes once he recognised the scent as a shape shifter. He tried ignoring the glares he was getting from the shifter, but he couldn't take another minute of it. "See something you like?" Asher quirked an eyebrow with curiosity and slight aggravation. His eyes trailed over her body, admiring her curves.

Her eyes narrowed. "You're way too old for me, gramps," Shep snapped. She turned on her heel and headed for the dining room, nearly starved. Her stomach growled as she passed the vampire and she gagged at the smell of him.
