Located near the Mauderville Inn is a neat and tidy duplex with a vegetable garden between the two entrances. There's a mailbox drop slot on each door. The townspeople say they see a candle lit in the front left window. Cries and screams are often heard withing the walls of the left section of the duple. They say it is haunted by Old Filner's wife because their son was born in that room. Sometimes she is seen peeking her head out the door or opening windows.

An old willow sits in the right section of the front yard. The brick of the duplex has yellowed over the years because it was built in the 70's. There's a pebble walkway that splits when you reach the small vegetable garden where it splits into two paths. The place has a certain charm over just about everyone, but some people are scared away by the ghost. Old Filner's bloodhound is often seen lounging under the old willow in the early afternoons.

In each part of the duplex there are two bedrooms, each the same medium size. Two bathrooms, a small dinig room, a living room with a sliding glass door opening to the backyard. The kitchen is small and a little bit cramped.

*Jesamine to Delightful Duplex*

Jesamine walked past the Inn and could see the 'Delightful Duplex' standing in the distance. "Delightful.....what an overstatement..." she thought to herself as she approached her new residence. She could feel the remnants of fear from the house's past visitors and she smiled with relish. She was already happy with the house she had chosen.

Jesamine sat under the oak the was in the front yard and leaned her head against the old trunk. She looke dout into the distance and could see that the buildings grew more sparce the farther you went. She saw an opening in a patch of trees and looked closer to see a road. "That looks interesting..." she thought and, with sudden interest, Jesamine stood up and walked away from her new home.
