Mauderville General is the closest grocery store for miles. They carry the most barest necessities: bread, milk, eggs. They have a deli, where they offer the finest cuts of meat for their oftentimes supernatural customers. They also offer pints of blood, which is not always fresh but does the trick.

The floor is covered with checkered tiles, which alternate between black and white. The walls are cream, but had been paler at one point of time. Lights dangle down from the ceiling, yellow in their intensity. Jason Clayborn recently installed surveillance cameras to keep an eye on his customers.

After a demand from local residents, Mauderville General added an aisle to include everyday items such as cosmetics, over-the-counter drugs, occasion cards, and other odds and ends.
