"It's never about how long you live. It's about the small marks you leave in this world"

I'm glad to have found a site to see what I can do creatively on paper. I am always open to ideas that could help me write better so feel free to PM.
It may take me a while to update, school tends to have perfect timing in due dates and what-not. I hope you enjoy some of my work and please review; I would really appreciate any tips on how to better my writing. thanks! :D

Favorite movies/shows:
-Back to the Future Trilogy (If you haven't seen it, do so post haste)
-Undercover Boss (A very heartfelt show that surprised me lots)
-Gargoyles (only the first season, then they came out with robots... bah humbug!)
-Darkwing Duck (Yes, I'm a die hard fan of the classics. xD)
-What Would You Do? (Sort of like Undercover Boss, only in a lot more morale-trying situations. Great show)
-Scorpion (Great humor, story and action, another surprise)
-League of Extraordinary Gentlemen (All they needed in this movie was Van Helsing, it... is... awesome :D)
-Thundercats!!!!! (the ultimate nerd cartoon that everybody should watch!!! :D)

Favorite Bands I Recommend:
-Counting Crows
-Certain Nickelback songs (If Everyone Cared and I Wanna Be A Rock Star, especially)
-The song Ain't No Rest for The Wicked (Has a great message behind it if you pay attention to the lyrics)
-On Top of The World by Imagine Dragons (Hands down, the most happiest song, possibly ever in my opinion :D)
-Puttin' on The Ritz by Taco (If you are walking down the street and need a theme song while doing so, this IS that song)
-Stray Cat Strut by Stray Cats (Great beat and real swinging lyrics. Warning: Listening to this song induces rhythmic finger snapping)
-Ain't That a Kick in The Head by Dean Martin (My all time favorite song. Best for last, it's all on Youtube if you want to hear it ;D)

Favorite People:
-Why, you! Or someone like you... actually, someone other than you.
Just kidding! If you have a good sense of humor and have a story you'd like me to read, please, have your people call my people and PM.

Thanks for taking the time to read my works and profile, your reviews mean lots to me :D
Can't wait to hear from you all again. -Fiction

Oh, and, If you have ever seen, or at least get the gist of what The Hunger Games is about, read the parody book called The Hunger Pains.
If this book does not make you either fall off the seat laughing(which happened to me xD) or facepalm with the stupidity, stick to reading War and Peace. No really, that's also a great book.

The Calm Poem by Lilly-Deactivated reviews
Just a poem I wrote for myself, for when I get sad, or lonely, or down. It's basic message is: no matter what, you will always be you, and that's a good thing. I guess today was one of those days I needed it more. That's when I thought it might be good to post it here, so other people can use it if they need to (or not, I dunno). So, here it is, my calming poem.

After Life by tyty2790 reviews
After Life is a Sci-Fi/Fantasy/Noir series that takes place in a parallel world where everyone who has ever lived and died now resides in. It is an experimental hybrid between a comic book, a novel, and a social website. I will post issues as I finish them. There will also be a Facebook page where people can expand upon the AL universe through other stories, art, etc.
